He has been involved in company management since 2004, the year he specialised in marketing and distribution.

Over the years, he has collaborated actively with some of the leading international companies working in the luxury, automotive, yachting and fitness industries, handling both audio/video productions and, more than once, MKT campaigns.

Since February 2018, he is the CEO of Pagliai Film Group.

He graduated at the Arts, Music and Performing Arts department of the University of Florence in 2010 and earned a Diploma in Film Direction in 2012 at the National Independent Cinema School (SNCI) of Florence.

Since 2015, he has been a professor at the European Institute of Design (IED) in Florence, where he teaches “Theory and Analysis of Cinema and Audiovisuals”.
In 2018, he became founding member of the Pagliai Film Group.
Since 2021, he has also been professor in “Direction” at Focus Movie Academy (FMA) in Florence.

His specialisation in the art of film direction has led him to experiment with different genres, at the same time working as Executive Producer for many Italian sets (Rai Cinema, NBC, SKY ARTE, Stanford University).
He has made many commercials for Italian brands, directed documentaries and produced film works.

CLAUDIA DI SANDRO

Project Manager

 

After her studies in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and the start as Quality Control Analyst for TÜV SÜD, she takes a turn and seizes her creative soul.

In 2022 she attends the “Creative Multimedia Maker” technical course with Metrica, training agency accredited by Regione Toscana.

Concurrently, she embarks on a study programme in “Event Management” at Accademia del Lusso Milano, mastering in the Wedding and Luxury department.

In 2023 she achieves the professional qualification of “Image Design and Development Technician in Advertising”, merging her talents in graphics, photography, writing and aesthetics.

Systematic and resourceful, today Claudia partners with Pagliai Film Group as Project Manager and Production Coordinator.

Photography Department Director

 

A photographer, freelance journalist, crowning a dream he had ever since he was 14, he began his career as a journalist photographer with a press agency working with the Poligrafici Editoriale group. After a few years, he started working on his own and collaborated with the Ansa and Reuters press agencies, publishing several photo shoots of an international level on various topics.
At the same time, he worked and collaborated with a fashion and advertising studio, shooting pictures of fashion, still life and jewellery.

In 2003, he began working with Ferrari, following the production department and undertaking digital restructuring of their historic archive.
In recent years, with the advent of e-commerce, he has helped open photo studios for Gucci, worked for Patrizia Pepe and Luisa Via Roma.
He is currently involved in the automotive and yachting industry with the Ferretti, Riva group.

Marketing Manager

 

She graduated as “Multimedia Coach” (academic year 2004) and later specialised in “Theories of Communication” (Specialist Degree) at the University of Florence (academic year 2007).

She has been working in Communications, Web Marketing and Coaching for over 15 years, with experience working both in multinational corporations like Eli Lilly Italia SpA and Salvatore Ferragamo SpA, and in business consulting company in Milan, like PMS SpA and Gruppo 24 Ore. She has developed competences both in Media Relations and in Strategic Marketing. Self-employed since 2011, she has worked with major companies, institutions, SMEs and professionals. She is an expert in Copy-writing, Digital Marketing, New Business and Business Strategy.

Since 2016, she has been a member of the Committee for Promoting Female Entrepreneurship at the Chamber of Commerce of Florence.

Alessandro Artini

VFX Supervisor

 

He graduated in Visual Communication at the University of Florence in 2012 and obtained a diploma from the National School of Independent Cinema in Florence in 2014.

Since 2014, he has been working in Italian and international production and post-production for TV and cinematography, including RAI, Sky and Mediaset.

Since 2018, he has been a teacher of film editing and visual effects at the National School of Independent Cinema in Florence.

FRANCESCO BRUSCHETTINI

Producer

 

After the scientific high school diploma, studies in Art History at the University of Siena and various experiences on Italian and international film sets, he attended the “Experimental Center of Cinematography” in Rome, production course, from 2012 to 2014.

In 2013 he founded the production company Kahuna Film producing, among other works, “Breed dogs” by R. Antonaroli and M. Nicoletta, in association with Rai Cinema, among the most awarded shorts of the 2017/2018 season, including the Corto d’Argento 2018 as best comedy.

Since 2015 he has been an agent of Sky Advertising, for which he carries out advertising campaigns for several national and international brands.

Today his activity takes place between Milan, Florence, Rome and Siena, where he received the post of president of the CNA Cinema Audiovisivo of the province.
